Allan Lohmann Buus is the CEO and founder of People of Talent, a professional services company that offers executive search, management consulting, leadership development, and talent strategy consulting. The company has offices in Denmark, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland and affiliate partners in Sweden, Norway and Germany. He is also the managing partner and co-founder of Lohbus Holding ApS, a private equity investment firm that helps innovative startups reach their full potential.
Buus is a Hogan HBRI certified. He has been recognised multiple times for his excellence in the executive search field.
Before starting People of Talent and Lohbus Holding ApS, Buus was the head of human resources at DAHL Law, a top 10 law firm in Denmark, where he was responsible for HR strategic deliveries and HR processes. He was also a director and senior vice president at Mercuri Urval, a management consulting firm with offices in more than 20 countries and operations in more than 50 countries.
